Why pause confirmations matter
Pausing can be ambiguous: access might change immediately, billing might stop or shift, and a customer may assume they cancelled. A clear confirmation reduces disputes and support tickets by making the pause terms explicit and dated.

Questions? Reply to this email or contact [SUPPORT CONTACT]. This confirmation is informational and does not replace your full subscription terms.
Thanks,
