A clear reminder before a paid renewal reduces surprise, support friction, refund requests, and trust damage. The reminder should make the next billing event easy to understand without forcing the customer to inspect old signup copy.

Trust checklist
Use a calendar date and avoid vague language like "soon" or "after the trial".
Show amount, currency, billing frequency, and whether tax or fees may apply.
